Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is enforced on all Products/Services being sold/rendered on Gamers Turf Store. Please go through this before raising a refund request.


Refund Request

Process of Requesting Refund – You can either Contact Us or Raise a Support Ticket


You can request a refund for the products on Gamers Turf Store for any reason whatsoever. Gamers Turf will issue a refund of your purchase within a week of approval if the following conditions are met —

  1. Refund Request is made within the Required Return Period – 7 days.
  2. At the time of requesting refund, Product should be available on Gamers Turf Store (Here Available means “Gamers Turf or a 3rd party Product is still being sold in store”. Stock Availability doesn’t matter)
  3. Product Should fall under Refundable Category.


You will receive the refund in the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If, for any reason, we’re unable to issue a refund via your initial payment method, we may ask for alternate payment details ONLY via our official mail – [email protected] (Some payment methods may not support refunding a purchase back to the original payment method)


We review all refund requests on case basis, even if you fall outside of the Refund Policy criteria, you can still ask for a refund anyway and we’ll still take a look at your case and see if anything can be done.


Product Categories

  • General Gamers Turf Products – ✅ Refundable
  • Digital Downloadable Content – ❌ Non-Refundable
  • Game Purchases – ✅ Refundable on Return
  • In-Game Purchases – ✅ Refundable on Return
  • 3rd Party Products – ⚠️ Case Basis
  • Gamers Turf Subscriptions – ❌ Non-Refundable
  • 3rd Party Subscriptions – ❌ Non-Refundable
  • Gifts/Freebies/Goodies – ❌ Non-Refundable
  • Services Rendered – ❌ Non-Refundable
  • Services Not Used – ✅ Refundable



All Subscriptions are Non-Refundable but you can cancel an active subscription at any time by raising a support ticket. Once cancelled, your subscription will no longer automatically renew but you will retain access to the content and benefits of the subscription through the end of your current billing cycle.



In some cases where a particular product/service which is sold/provided by Gamers Turf or 3rd Party doesn’t fall under General Refundable Product Category, then the same will be mentioned on the product/service page as exception.

Example – If a product lies into Refundable Category but that particular product is Non-Refundable, then in this case – “This product is Non-Refundable” will be mentioned on the product page.


Refund Request in this case will be denied.



If it appears to us that you are abusing refunds, we may stop offering them to you. We do not consider it abuse to request a refund of a product/service that was purchased just before a sale and then immediately rebuying that for the sale price.
